It
gives me great pleasure to recommend lona Sharron to you, as an extraordinary
psychic artist, energy healer and spiritual teacher. lona and I first
met about five years ago at an A.R.E. (Edgar Cayce) workshop, and
our acquaintance blossomed into a warm friendship. In addition to
her many talents, I know lona to be a person of honesty and integrity.
My husband and I have both studied energy healing with lona, and can
recommend her highly as a teacher blessed with a depth of spiritual
knowledge and wisdom, and broad life experience, leavened with patience
and humor.
As an artist and a sensitive myself, I have a special appreciation
for both lona's artistic gifts and her spiritual ones. Throughout
much of my life, I have been prone to severe migraine-type headaches
and illness due to pollution and chemicals. On two occasions where
my own physical energy was extremely low, I sought out lona's help
as an energy healer and was startled to suddenly feel another presence
in the room and "see" an older gentleman in my third eye
area. I asked lona if that was "her mentor" and her own
teacher, "Sir," who's been in spirit for a number of years
now? lona seemed surprised and pleased that I was aware of him, too,
and told me that he often works with her when she does energy work,
or when she teaches about energy healing. The healing energy she's
channeled for me was very helpful in alleviating a headache on one
occasion and in restoring an overall feeling of energy, balance and
well being to my body, both times.
On several other occasions, as we've sat in lona's living room talking,
we've had shared psychic experiences- clairsentience or clairvoyance,
as we simultaneously experienced an awareness of the presence of loving,
helpful beings, our own guides in spirit. While what we experienced
does not provide proof to anyone else, it was convincing to me; I
trust my intuitive experiences, and they seem to occur frequently
when lona and I get together. We never actively seek these experiences;
they occur spontaneously, often when either or both of us are in need
of a little spiritual reinforcement or upliftment trom the other side.
My husband and I have met many psychically gifted individuals over
the years, doing various types of work, and with varying levels of
ability, and a few whose ability we both doubted. I would not expect
or ask anyone to accept my experiences; instead I would recommend
that you meet, or take a class from, or do energy work with lona,
yourself. I am confident you will be convinced, as we are, of her
genuineness, her positive energy, and her complete integrity.
lona is best known for her Mandala-Shields, unique energy paintings,
which help people in their spiritual growth on their individual life
paths. She has painted .nearly a thousand of these unique commission
paintings over the past 25 or more years. What astonished me when
I helped lona pack some of the shields to take for display at a psychic
fair, was the fact that these shields emanate a very strong energy.
They are not ordinary paintings.
Iona
also spent 30 years teaching American students in Labrador and Germany,
and in the public schools in Washington state, where she won awards
for her innovative teaching methods. During her years abroad, lona
connected with her spiritual teacher and mentor, Ronald Beesley ("Sir,"
whom she had first seen in a vision at the age of 12) and pursued
studies with him; she also visited the Findhorn community twice and
spent some time there, and traveled extensively throughout Europe
with her family. Such a broad background has given lona an international
perspective on the world, and a true sense of the oneness of the human
family, in all its rainbow hues of ethnicity, cultural diversity and
spiritual beliefs.
Many individuals in this country and abroad have benefited from her
work. lona has often done her spiritual work in comparative obscurity,
known primarily to her good friends, and clients for her Mandala-Shield
paintings, and students from her rare spiritual classes and workshops.
At a time when the earth and humanity are in such great need of physical
and spiritual healing, the contribution that Ms. Sharron can make
with her teaching and wisdom are particularly vital. It's time for
her to share her information on a much wider level, through expanded
public presentations, workshops and writing.

Re: Iona Aerin Sharron
Iona Sharron is a good friend, my teacher,
as well as colleague. I would trust her in any situation I might ever
come to her with, even to entrusting her with my life if I were in
crises.
I met Iona approximately in 1980 at a
Spiritual Frontiers Fellowship conference at Saint Martin’s
College in Lacey, Washington. In those days I was just a beginner
in healing and energy work, but Iona was a pro. We connected strongly
and have over the years learned from one another, treated each other,
and worked on clients together.
As I have observed her work, I am greatly
impressed with the integrity with which she connects with her Source
of Guidance, and the way she passes that information on to the recipient
either in the form of her healing practice or through her Mandala
Shield artwork. She is an excellent teacher, and has a powerful system
of energy healing to share with the world. She is able to pass on
her system through classes, and has an apprentice program that brings
people to the point of Personal Mastery within her system.
Iona and I practice quite different energy
systems, and yet within that difference I find great wisdom and power
within the system she practices and teaches. I would recommend Iona
and her work to anyone without reservation.
