Palma Sanctus Energy Balancing
Iona teaches spiritual healing through a series of three courses. She calls this form of Spiritual Healing, Palma Sanctus®, which means sacred hands and refers to the use of one's hands to balance energy. This healing method, which comes from the Essenes through White Lodge in Kent, England, was called Spiritual Psycho-Therapeutics by Ronald Beesley (Iona’s mentor), who taught it there until his passing in 1979.

Iona offers three levels of adult courses, and sometimes family courses including both adults and children. The passing of each level is a prerequisite for the next and a written journal is required for completion of each course. Certificates are awarded at each level

Level One includes:
• Meditation
• Earth-Sky helix (Protection through alignment)
• Using energy circuits
• Chakras, location, balancing, and interaction in the physical
• Auric Field patterns and reconstruction. Seeing
• Extended Spiritual Healing

Level Two includes:
• Meditation
• Recognition and balancing of personal Magnetic Fields
• Recognition and balancing of personal Gravity Fields
• Energy Sappers and other interference---Recognition and protection
• Energy cleaning and clearing in homes and offices, as well as with jewelry, clothing and furniture

Level Three includes:
• Meditation
• Past Life influences and how to clear
• Importance of integrity / or Karma
• Possession and Haunting, how to clear
Iona usually teaches this only as a tutorial, with one to three people, because this level is so complex.

Experiencing The Nature Kingdom
Participants learn to communicate with spirits of the Nature Kingdom, while expanding their awareness of, and commitment to, the world's natural order, oneness, and their place within it. These workshops include several hours of class work and experiential assimilation in a nature setting, usually on a Saturday or Sunday during warm weather.

Mandala Creation
In this workshop participants will learn to access the language of their higher being, touching in with an energetic flow, often involving personal symbols and color. They will produce a personal artistic tool to aid them in their growth and transformation. It will be suitable for framing if desired. This class initiates a personal interaction with the visual levels of one’s spiritual self. Remember: “One picture is worth a thousand words.” Artistic ability is NOT NECESSARY. Students must bring colored pens, pencils, crayons, etc. Iona supplies the paper and the know-how.

Dream Analysis
Students learn a simple method of dream analysis to explore their own deeper awareness and understanding of their life's challenges and gifts. Students should bring one or more dreams, preferably written down immediately after waking. This method helps one interpret the symbolic "short-hand" of their own subconscious mind. It becomes a tool which each individual can use on their own for the rest of their lives.
